PYE Long Nose Pliers are drop forged from high grade Chrome Vanadium steel and thereafter machined and heat treated in state of the art manufacturing environment. These pliers are designed for optimum hardness at cutting edges and serrations. The cutting edges are so adjusted to cut hard and soft copper as well as steel wires with equal effort. Tip serrations are adjusted fully to ensure firm gripping of thin sheets and fine wires. These pliers are thickly insulated with scientifically designed, easy-to-hold sleeves made out of celluose acetate. Thick sleeves can withstand upto 4000 volts d.c. (or 2800 volts a.c.) ensuring better insulation and firm grip.
